jeez, this makes me feel like joining the Voluntary Human Extinction
    Movement (http://www.vhemt.org/)"

.>>My god, this is just entirely disturbing. Extropians, can these memes be
ranked high on the list of ones to erradicate.

Let's see, in an ideal world we could live indefinitely - but we should
    continue to
have kids without limit. Do the math!

    >>Voluntary termination of the human species?

Fairly obvious that that won't happen - termination of the human species is
    more likely to occur
as a result of overpopulation, greenhouse gasses,
    environmental-political-economic warfare -
Like yeast in a bottle. Slowing down population growth is essential to any
sort of meme that involves life extension.

Kindof wierd to think that a "luddite" would be in favor of the technology
of birth control, therapeutic cloning, etc.

The points made on the web site above fit very well with the notion of life
    extension.
