As I mentioned in the same letter we have a small claims court that
you can sue in and present your own case without need of a lawyer.
In addition we have class action suits which are often used. In other
words multiple parties combine to sue one or more parties. In the States
some of these class action suits get huge. As an example I will point you to
the suit over silicon breast implants. There are many others.
