    The new Delta-IV Heavy has a lift capacity that exceeds the Titan IVB.
    If you want more than that you want to use an Energia (>3x the capacity
    of a Delta-IV Heavy). I suspect most of the capacity for building the
    Energia still exists in Russia and/or the Ukraine (in contrast to the
    Saturn V). If you substituted the RD-170 engines in the Energia with
    the RD-180 engines that I believe Pratt & Whitney is now producing,
    you could probably gain another 5% lift capacity.

    We don't really have a problem with a lack of lift capacity using
    disposable boosters.
