I might also point out that in the past few years of luddite protests
and sabotage against technology and globalization, we have seen a
dovetailing of the interests of the fascists and the socialists. This
is not just my observation, but that of many mainstream pundits. It is
not unreasonable to associate the two groups, which seem to have gone
so fare around the bend in their respective directions that they have
finally met up on the other side.
