       Do you have an autographed picture of Uncle Sam looking the other ways
while a Turkish oil tanker goes roaring past or have you simply taken a
number of violations which the US is powerless to stop and used that to
construct your hyperbole? Of course in the meanwhile you have unwittingly
shown why the US says not more waiting for sanctions to function. Those of
you outside the US like the present situation just fine -- sanctions that are
so ineffective that you are free to cheat everytime you feel an advantage.
       You say I can't prove you have cheated? You are right, I can't. But
you have proven that you can cheat anytime you wish to. If Turkey, Jordan,
etal can cheat then so can Australia.
