You have offered le Carre's statement twice. If you read it the statement
offers nothing but his opinion and hyperbole. It is not proof of anything
except that he is negative on the US.
You basically make the same mistakes as LeCarre in you attacks. You offer
opinion, hyperbole and snide remarks. As evidence go look at what you are
saying.
