I believe that any disagreement between us is apparent, not real.
Basically that is why the founders set up a constitutional democracy where
each man could pursue his own enlightened self interest. When it comes to
calculating the effects of any law or fine tuning any effect Congress is sort
of like using a really large baseball bat to drive tacks.
