There is still the question of the Alternative Minimum Tax for both
individuals and corporations. I can't remember the details of the individual
tax at the moment but the corporate alternative minimum tax is plain nutso in
spots. It appears designed to favor foreign companies over domestic ones
that are having difficulty competing.
