Well PLO is one example. Thru terrorism and secrecy they now have their own
country despite the will of a pretty powerfull military power.
Other examples? probably every darn democratic country in the world exists
because of small groups with masks.
The Comunist Sovjet was created by small groups with masks.
Probably about every revolution ever was created by small secret groups.
If they hadn't been secret at one time why didn't the powers stop them?
