That is a possibility, but in my discussions with the founders of LRC,
they seemed not too open minded about my technology (after all, almost
all of them work for NASA). I do expect to be providing them services
with an Orbital Transfer Vehicle, however, when it becomes available, as
my services seem to be the only ones they could probably afford. Their
fundraising plans keep going higher, but they don't seem to be able to
raise any money, despite an awesome website and well developed
operational plans.
