1. Why would anyone want to do this? Qui bono? The only way
to get a handle on this is to understand it in terms of cause and effect.
2. What is to be done? I pose that question with the same seriousness
with which Lenin originally posed it. "Vote for Harry Browne" isn't the
answer. "Escape through a wormhole into a different universe" isn't
the answer, either.
