Hans told me a couple of months ago that he was having a problem with the
publishing in reaching agreement on terms. I believe his publisher was
bought up by another, and they wanted different terms that he was unhappy
with. He said that if the problem wasn't resolved very soon, he would simply
publish the entire book on the Web.
