Moravec's "Mind Age"

Max More recently mentioned an interview he did with Moravec in an
upcoming issue of "Rage" magazine and I have read your review of
Moravec's 'recent' book, "Mind Age" at
http://www.lucifer.com/~sasha/mindage.html; however, I don't see this
book at any of the book stores, nor do I find it at amazon.com, which
usually has everything.
I'm very interested to read Moravec's new book, but it doesn't seem to
be available to the public yet. Do you or anyone on the list know where
a copy can be obtained?
