This is really David's question to answer, but I believe it is the same
version of Majordomo or close enough not to matter. The address is
extropians-request@extropy.org

This info was in David's welcome message just a few days ago, but it seems
that quite a few people never read it.

David: Perhaps you could post the instructions for joining, leaving, and
changing address, along with a list of Majordomo commands, as Hara Ra suggested.
