Do any mailing-lists like that exist already?
A problem for Europe may be that many people prefer talking in their own
language, this could be solved by having prefixes in the subjects (i.e.
ES for Spanish, FR for French, DE for German etc.), so messages could
easily be filtered (maybe two letters are not sufficient, though).
Is there an interest for such a list?
