A transhuman dictionary?

What terms and concepts are used often on this list which are hard
for newcomers and nonexperts to understand? I'm thinking of adding
more entries to my transhuman word list that are not just neologisms,
a bit like the entry for the Bekenstein Bound which is almost a
real dictionary entry.
