Found this on KeelyNet, which doesn't do a lot of filtering, so much
information there requires the individual to examine it with a critical
eye, but, FWIW:

Purports to be a patent of a method to wire solar cells and batteries to
greatly boost the actual power recovered from sunlight and reduce
charging time. Looks interesting, but I'm not equipped to test it
personally.
