Dan,
My mind has often entertained a thought. What if even one individual fround
a way to effectively withdraw from the game and prevent anyone else from
using him or her as a victim? There is a book by Davidson and Rees-Mogg that
state that the internet is rapidly making this possible. The book is named
THE SOVEREIGN INDIVIDUAL.. Oops, they also offer suggestions about how this
might be done.
