This is a fair response. I am sorry that you are not happy with the results
of your membership fee. I am extremely happy with my benefactor membership.
So much so, that I am willing to reimburse you for your membership fee, if
you wish. Tell me how much you sent to ExI, and I will refund that amount
back to you. This will eliminate any loss you feel without reducing the
benefit to ExI. Everybody wins.
