True. And sometimes hypocrisy is useful, as long as you don't believe
in it. But it would be quite possible to program a "mood agent" like
Max described to point out when you are hypocritical (the opposite
must be hypercritical, you always say and do what you believe in?).

I think up to now appearance has been very important. But here on the
net conversational style seems to be important to show our identity.
