They can answer than I, but here is something:

Max's writings:

Natasha's book has sections giving a history, including
philosophical aspects of transhumanism
(she mentions in her historical description FM-s trilogy:
_Upwingers, Telespheres and Optimism One_ (1973), which
might be a good place for you to start)

And Anders' site has many resources outlining philosophical aspects,
with philosophy, starting here:
