Copper indium deselenide solar cells are not that great. The ones that can do 3.5% efficiency (maybe better by now, I worked around guys that did it in the mid to late 80s), are expensive,made by evaporation technology, which is slow, costs dominated by pumpindg expensive vacuum chambers. The cheaper methods, low tech screen and fire produce lower efficiences.
