I've read more of the book...so far it makes sense to me...who knows I might
try it. I've always been a "meat and potatoes" type. How hard would it be to
ditch the potatoes and double the meat? One of the interesting claims I've
heard is that on this diet youre NOT hungry all the time....which is a major
defect of all previous diets I've tried.
