I am definitely missing something.

How can an anarchist speak of law or legal systems?

Who makes tort law, who decides tort law, and who enforces tort law? It
seems to me that the very state you hate does all of this. So then is
your beef with the state itself, or is it rather with the laws it makes?

There's more to say, but I'm interested in your rejoinder.
