regional lists

I've just found out that some people apparently don't know about the
regional exi mailing lists. These are sub-lists designed for
announcements, arranging regional get-togethers, etc. There are lists
for the east coast, S.F. Bay area, and L.A.

East coast people, for instance, might want to subscribe to the
exi-east@extropy.org list.
