Hi.

I would highly recommend the Exploit submission wizard available from
http://www.exploit.com/.
Not only is it much cheaper (~$30 ?), it is as comprehensive as most
anything else out there. A lot of "submission services" use this tool.

I know of many people and organizations who have used it with great success.
