You may want to include all of the groupware programming, the
software that allows individuals to conference electronically,
whether over the Internet, web sites, or internal computer networks.
Especially the applications that allow multiple off-site users to
mark changes on design plans. Usage of these applications has
drastically cut travel time, meeting time and increased the pace of
adapting to last-minute engineering problems.
