Check out the April 1997 issue of High Times, page 38,
on the shelves right now. There you will find a report
I wrote on drug testing. High Times is an excellent
source of reliable news not available elsewhere.

I'm kind of upset that they made some changes to the
article they did not clear with me. They gave it a
title I did not write, one that makes it a jab against
private industry only. Such a jab is founded, but the
basis is the State and Statism. Private sector profiteers
merely feed off the primary aggression of legal mandates
effected via the apparatus of coercion that is the State.
