The scariest part of the Cloning ban is that it was actually already in
place. The national ethics board for Biotech research had already
placed restrictions on the use of federal funds for cloning research!
It would be nice if they would make more readily available what the
restrictions are from the ethics board, and all other federal
organizations that have the ability to place these restrictions on
