Subject: G. Coyne, priest, astronomer

G. Coyne, priest (jesuit), astronomer, director of the Vatican Observatories

(at Castel Gandolfo, near Rome, but also in Arizona), said that the
of extraterrestrial life is "possible" and thinking that we are alone in the
universe might be "foolish". The problem he envisages is this. Assuming
the existence of e.t. life, does or did Jesus visit every each e.t. world ?
How is that possible? Cute, imo.

Assuming JC would be making these visits for the same reason he came here,
doesn't that also mean Satan has made a previous visit to every world? What
a busy chap! Seriously I always have wondered how monotheistic religions
(and Christianity and Islam in particular) would deal with the
discovery/confirmation of the existence of ETs. Steve Davies
