Apart from the irregularities you're reporting, a 1 k ballots this or
other way is almost certainly vanishing in the noise floor.
The legacy voting procedure doesn't allow for error margins and for a
third outcome, a tie, and hence needs to be revised.
The sad thing that this rarely addressed in above controversies.
