That is insufficient. We are already seeing some of these things snuck
into products. It seems the producers often have incentives (avoiding
being sued for the next decade) to put into effect "copy protections"
that are not even ok by law. See this link from the EFF for one take on
this and possibly some leads. Support the EFF!
