Eh, even if it does happen: it's either a tax on those who can't look
up how to break the copy protection (there's always a way, in the weak
schemes that have been deployed on large scales so far), or the demise
of those who try to push it. Either way, we win. Granted, I'd rather
spare the rest of humanity the pain of having to watch this get
implemented and die, but short of pouring enough short-term capital
into buying these companies' stocks so as to fire those who push this
agenda, I don't see any guaranteed way of stopping it.
