    Actually, this might be a viable plan. We could set up an LLC to own the
    ship, and the LLC could lease out space to whatever individuals or entities
    were interested in using it. The hard part would be locating enough paying
    lessors to service the debt. I wonder what the market is for educational
    cruises and floating conferences.
