    So then who is right, Samantha? Should we listen to Dr. Atkins who advocates
    a low-carb diet, or should we listen to Dr. Pritiken who advocates a low-fat
    diet? You might happen to agree with one of them, but aside from your
    personal opinions as a lay-person, why should we not listen to the very
    compelling arguments of the other?

    It's better, I say, to forget both of them and rely instead on ~4 million
    years of human evolution.
