    Each pair of bases corresponds to a certain move in 3D. Pretty, and can
    be used to show some of the AT/GC ratios and other quirks, but in the
    end this was mostly done to because 1) good data needs to be turned into
    pictures, and 2) the best way of spite something mindless is to turn it
    into art.
