I disagree. Socialsim and individualism are on opposite ends of the generally accepted left-right "line" ... . and even in the more accurate (IMHO) Pournelle Political axis they occupy different quadrants.
. And speaking of Ayn Rand...the most disquieting novel I have read in quiet some time was a little one she wrote called "Anthem"......brrrrr. Socialism run amok.
