My most wanted piece of tech

I was wondering about what piece of technology I would like the most to have right now, that I dont allready have and came to think of two ...

  1. Total recall. I hate forgetting and would love a device that could record my senses perfectly so that I could reload and relive my experiences. Should be pretty easy with nanotech. Then I only have to remember what it is that I don't want to forget :-)
  2. Dental gel. some kind of gel to put into a cavity and repair the tooth or grow a new one. Dental technology is SO primitive.

Anybody else on the list waiting for some new tech to be developed?
