People who think size is the most important attribute of a statistical sample should remember the magazine that polled 1/3 of the U.S. voters in 1936 and concluded a Landonslide was imminent. The rest of us prefer to remember the obscure pollster named Gallup who polled a much smaller sample and predicted a Roosevelt victory.
