That's about par with the current rate, IIRC. Translation: he's now permanently "upside down" financially to the tune of
$100+ per month (the difference between Alcor dues and what the dry ice costs). Oh well, there's something to be said
for having that personal touch.

Jobs used to say that 10 C change can be worth an order of magnitude difference in rate of damage due to temperature for
silicon. I'm not sure how well that relates but I'm pretty sure if you look up "Arrhenius equation" you'll get some food
for thought.
