An interesting related question is what happens when this
"universal constitution" governing body attempts to outlaw the
production of real AI? Assuming that real AI cannot arise by
accident for now and assuming many of us are convinced it is
still utterly necessary to our thriving if not surviving at all,
what will we do? This is not a rhetorical question. At the
rate the US government is going I would not be surprised by this
on top of its great and increasing silliness and heavy
handedness of late.
