Definitely! Any transhumanist FAQ or futurist FAQ must be written in terms
of the whole world. National pride is nice, but is attached to temporary
entities we call countries which may or may not exist in the future. When
we go into space, undersea, underground, or into the far future, these
current borders will no longer constrain us.
