Open a McDonalds, a Chinese take-out, and a fur coat store. You'll
burn through those millions of cats in no time.

Cat meat isn't "culturally sensitive" food. Beware.
However, we could always open Afghanistan up to US tourism, so
that they can "see the sights" and "witness the consequences of
9-11 first-hand" ... get Donald Trump or Sol Kerzner to go
build a couple of mega-casinos out there, get some pop bands
to play some "fundraiser concerts" ... and we can finally get
those Arabian chicks to take off all those clothes and dance
under glitzy disco lights!
Then, once the infrastructure is in place ... we can feed all
those silly tourists ... cat meat.
We all stand to profit, here.
