My personal experience YMMV
comes lon rather slow, "lasts" in a bell curve can still slightly feel it
about 8 hours later but most effects subside in about 4

too much can get you wired like any other stimulant, even peripheral
effects, feels like coffee but with less anxiety, less wiredness, and less
thermogenics, has a slight "happy" feeling to it, but I don't consider it a
particularly effective mood elevator, seems to help most with attention
span.
its for occasionally use only, liver enzyme induction problems with long
term use, coffee and ephedrine etc. profoundly intensify the effects,
including cardiovascular, I'd be careful with that.
