This brings up an idea. How can we tell shit from shinola, as the old
American expression goes? Peer review in such a case doesn't seem to apply
since who would want to share a conceptual engineering breakthrough with a
competitor? There are so many intelligent con artists like Blacklight and so
many others, that joe six-pack has no way of detecting a diamond in the
rough.

Purports to be a patent of a method to wire solar cells and batteries to
greatly boost the actual power recovered from sunlight and reduce
charging time. Looks interesting, but I'm not equipped to test it
personally.
