Hillbilly went out with the 70's (the Beverly Hillbillies). Try 'hick',
'redneck', 'gomer', 'billybob', or the more pajorative 'sheepfucker' or
'cestnoid' (i.e. a product of incest). Never heard 'hilljack' before.
