There's no verb in that subordinate clause, so I'm not sure
what you meant to say, but even if I insert various things to
complete it "...is required...", "...is useful...", I don't
see your point. Surely you don't mean to suggest that it isn't
true that having money allows you to have many more experiences
than not having money?
