My comment is that its not quite "on spot" to suggest that this is attotech,
as there is merely measurement of this energy range and not mannipulation of
energy or matter at this scale. I can measure the moon from the earth, but
unless I utilize it, its not truly a technology. Qibbling is annoying but
useful.
