While it is nice to be mentioned in the same sentence as Hawking, my reasons
are fundamentally different from his. If I understand him, he fears the
creation of SIAI. I fear that SIAI will not be created in time. If SIAI
works out then we can probably save G.E. for when we want to have retro
parties. (Hey, let's go put on meat for the evening).
