You can transmit power with microwaves via MASER, or with a HERF gun,
using a rectifying antenna to receive and rectify the power into DC
voltage. Search the web for 'rectenna'. Such techniques have been in use
by researchers going back to Tesla, and are the only way to transmit
power from solar power satellites to earth. There's no power lines in
space.
